Do you have an incentive program at work to lose weight? Where I work you get HSA $ for every 10% of weight loss :) That’s what I use for my mini goal.

LambiePi, no we don’t. That would be awesome 🤗 I can do this, I have done so well. I just need to get out of whatever stuck like Chuck funk I’m in 😩😂 I’m past due for my annual physical. I should have my Thyroid checked maybe cortisol level too.💜💚

Mini goals can be behavioral or scale or clothes sizes. For this week, I have a mini goal to reach the next Zero on the scale but also to hit the gym sta bike 30 minutes a day through Saturday. I rest on Sunday even though I don't work any more. A lesson I learned in college.

Stay cozy, safe and warm jc. Right now I'm glad I'm going down, however slowly 😐 When I first started with FS, my increment goals were 10 pounds with a special reward at each -10 (that wasn't food). Now NSVs are motivational. Good luck with whatever you decide!

Increments: Use your "3" for 3 minute mini-workouts. Then, pause, take your pulse, get a drink, use the restroom, wipe your sweat (if you have any), then 3 more minutes of jumping rope, push ups, jumping jacks, burpees, dancing, skipping, shadow boxing, kick boxing, tai chi, yoga stretches, ab work on floor, shooting basketball hoops, tennis against a wall(by yourself), hop skotch, anything that raises your pulse to 120 bpm for 3 minutes, then take a pause. Total should be: 60 minutes when you add them up when you are done. *pauses are not counted, obviously. Only pause for 3 minutes or less....whatever makes you feel good. Jogging/brisk walking or marching in place can be used to for cardio as well as sprinting and long jumps. :)

10 lb increments. The first ten you will be in onederland. then after that just focus one changing the middle number 9 to an 8 and so on. No doubt in my mind that whatever goals you set they will be crushed 😎

Good morning ☀️ friends ☕️☕️☕️☕️!! It’s snowing again ❄️ ❄️. Thank you all for your advice 🥰🥰🥰 So I decided to actually change my goal here. Wow.... I’m a green liner 😜🤣😂 Maybe I should have picked this as my goal the first go round. No, it’s not about the color line for me anymore. But I am at the point where I definitely need to just focus on mini goals. And I think for me, I gave myself a solid goal to work towards. I really appreciate you all and thank you again ❤️❤️❤️💜💚
