Day 27 - 36 minutes/10.7 miles/136 watts/78 rpm

Looks like my riding days are finite. I came from the neurosurgeon today and scheduled my L4-L5/L5-S1 spinal fusion surgery for March 9th. It will be 3 weeks minimum before I can exercise again. I've had back issues since my 20's from an injury at work, and the benefits from the microdiscectomy I had in 2005 has started to erode. My back prevents me from running and heavy lifting, and now it's encroaching on enjoying golf. I pay for it every time I play. Until then, I'll continue riding.
