I hope that you continue to do so well!! I know it seems counterintuitive, but you must eat enough in order to lose weight. Just remember to keep doing what you are doing if you plateau and resist the temptation to cut your calories. Just watch your carbs and if you plateau and you are in OWL, cut back 5 grams per day (if you are taking in more than 20 per day) and see if that gets your weight loss started again. You just have to be patient...remember that you didn't gain the weight overnight and it surely isn't going to come off overnight either. I see that you are now below 100 pounds to lose, way to go!!
