So if you have seen my other post from earlier today you’ll know that today is my first day getting back into the swing of things and doing a calorie restricted diet and it is about 4:30 in the afternoon and I’m starting to feel either nauseous or hungry and I can’t tell the difference I know that my stomach just feels weird I don’t know if this is because my food choices changed a lot today and my stomach’s trying to get used to it or if I need another snack

I was so off the rails for so long that my "am I hungry" button was completely broken. I had to pick X amount of calories and build on that to help with true hunger. As long as I had my plan and knew I'd had enough to eat I was ok. If I was still thinking I was hungry after eating I would drink broth.

I was getting kind of shaky too but i’ll put on a pair socks and grab a sweater and I’m gonna drink some water and see how I feel. It’s really eye-opening to see how far I’ve gotten away from understanding my own body and how I feel
