ok, so yesterday was day 2 of my new way of eating. I've done Atkins before and I'm very familiar with the Atkins "flu", well, yesterday it was full on!! Driving home I felt ssssooooo incrediably bad, sick on my stomach, weak, headache, just plain BAD! I passed on dinner, went home took a long hot bath, went to bed and fell asleep, woke up 2 hours later feeling much better, and a little hungry, so I grabbed some cheese. Today, I feel great, more energy, no headache and NOT HUNGRY at all! LOVE Atkins, to those people afraid to give Atkins a try, please do, you will not be disappointed.
