Day two, seeing my huge weight gain, I KNOW I HAVE TO GO BACK ON ATKINS. That is the ONLY way of eating that works for me, how silly thinking I could just cut back and eat in moderation, count my calories. I was THRILLED I could have whole wheat bread and other carbs, but I can't control my eating when I eat carbs, and I am always hungry. Why do I keep falling off the wagon when I finally start losing some serious weight. Now, I have to re-lose that weight and a whole lot more. I have got to do this, I have no choice. Dug my Atkins book out last night (even though, I feel I know it by heart), time to get down to business!
