Day 20 - 29 minutes/8.2 miles/68 rpm average

20 days in a row on the bike. Tomorrow's ride will be a 1/2 hr. long, which is where I used to end all of my stationary bike workouts. I'm looking at the rpm's now because that's a better indicator of my work rate. When I road bike, I usually average between 80 and 90 rpms, but I'm also moving the resistance to whatever the cadence of the song is that I'm listening to. (This stuff I'm writing isn't for you. It's to trick myself into getting motivated to do that next ride.) You're so vain.. you probably think this blog is about you.

Nice. What app are you using here? I have a spin bike and it isn't computer compatible. And I never know about how many miles, speed endurance or time.

Not nosey at all. All I’m doing is screenshotting my Apple Watch after the workout. I add the mileage and rpms manually from the bike

Kendra... my workouts are a minute more than yesterday. That day’s workout was 29 minutes. Glad u noticed tho.
