I'm not focusing on my diet too much at the moment. I'm trying not to eat like crazy but I have started medication for my severe anxiety and depression about ten days ago and just existing at this point is a struggle. I'm constantly doing breahting exercises to calm down. I know it will be better in a few days with the medication so I'm not worrying too much about this. I've talked to my dietitian and she agrees, I should not put any pressure on myself right now other than taking my medication and trying to get my mental health in order.
