Stairmaster again today just 'cuz I didn't want to walk the dogs in the cold weather....didn't want to walk me, either. Had to do a late workout, which is extra hard for me, due to a contractor coming over this AM and then volunteer work for the afternoon.

Finally finished my FedEx claim for the Christmas package they lost. I managed to wrap the replacement gifts while waiting on the contractor, although the gifts still need ribbons. I'm hoping to get the gifts shipped off on their way by Friday and hopefully they will arrive at their destination this time! And, I can finally put away the Christmas wrap!

Tomorrow and Friday look to be as cold, or colder, than today. At least we have no snow like the rest of the country, but I'd actually welcome a snow shoveling exercise, as I really don't mind doing that. Well, maybe not 24" worth, but shoveling a moderate snowfall is something I actually enjoy as exercise.

My adult attitude about weight loss seems to have returned today. It is what it is and I just have to deal with it. I'm just thankful I didn't hit this stretch when I was first starting out. But, the way I look at it, I just have to find my way thru this. Throwing up my hands and complaining that I've done everything right or that the plan just isn't working, are all easy-outs and not true statements. I haven't done everything right and the plan DOES work; I just have to take the time, see where I'm just a bit "off," and make some changes. No biggie....just a more adult way of approaching my current situation. I didn't say it was going to be easy for me to do this, just that I have to dial in the adult approach.
