Work stress has caused me to wake up earlier than normal today. Not to mention I had after hours work that I was supposed to do last night but was too tired to do.

I ended up making roti with the Saag Paneer for DH last night and ended up going down the carb landslide. At least it was whole wheat, so I got some fiber in.

Eating carbs late at night has caused my stomach to growl this morning. Not good for my 2MAD plan. Hoping that tea will calm the stomach down.
