Here is my exercise total for January: Walking: 30.5 miles, Biking 239.33 miles, and Jogging 65.9 miles.
on a side note I woke up yesterday morning with a pain in my back. It's at a spot that I hurt a few years ago, but hurting it while sleeping? Oh brother, how do you hurt your back during your sleep? Going to put some heat on it tonight. Hoping it will be better tomorrow.
