on a side note I woke up yesterday morning with a pain in my back. It's at a spot that I hurt a few years ago, but hurting it while sleeping? Oh brother, how do you hurt your back during your sleep? Going to put some heat on it tonight. Hoping it will be better tomorrow.

Those are some great numbers! You probably pulled something and didn't realize until your body slowed down to rest.

Wow! That is a lot of miles! :) It might not have hurt before you slept because you were warmer :P Be careful with the heat (this was told to me very recently by a nurse). Despite the fact that heat calms the pain, it may increase inflammation.
