Some days you got it, some days you don't. Had another nightmare last night that was so real I woke up and was startled for several minutes and took awhile to go back to sleep. I'm over it!!! Hoping for a restful night tonight. On a good note I have really been doing well with my eating and exercise and feel good about it. =)

I hope your nightmares take a long term vacation soon Skwhite! It's great that you're on track with the food and exercise! Maybe that'll help to stop the nightmares as well! You never know :)
