I woke up after sleeping about half of what I should have so I ate something to help feeling sleepier, but I still feel too alert to sleep, despite slightly tired lol. I logged this food in yesterday's log in hopes that I'll still get some sleep :)

I have been feeling sleepy the whole day, up to about an hour ago at least. Now that bed time is approaching I seem to be more alert. Typical! :)

I'm finally starting to feel drowsy again! Must take the opportunity! I ate out today and was going to log the food but it just built up and I'm too tired to do it at least now. Maybe tomorrow I will! ZZZzzzzzzzz

well, sounds as if you are regaining some energy! :) I suggest doing savasana, just lying down on your bed, legs stretched out and slightly apart, hands and arms out from your sides, palms up, and then just take nice gentle breaths in and out through your nose. Make sure your bedroom is dark, keep eyes closed, and just relax!
