Well today I ordered the Slim in 6 program because I need guidance when it comes to exercise and I think this will provide that. I have to quit being so bad on the weekends. I'm making this harder than I needs to be!! Here's to a great week and weekend to a new and slimmer me!!!! I also decided to make my goal weight a mini goal and then when I hit it I can change it again. Somehow this makes it seem more attainable.
