Thanks Trish. It’s been hovering around that weight for about two weeks. I’ll be alone for a few days after Australia Day, and I’ll push it for a week. My theory is that you are losing weight every day, but you must leave it to the body to manage how to deal with it. There must be a myriad of things taking place that we’ll never comprehend, because we just want to see that we are losing mweight on the scales. Usually, with me, what happens is that I drop to a new plateau and hover around that for a few weeks. My total loss now is approaching 30 kilograms. I could stop now, but I want to get to my old weight.
