Well I have been on a "diet" for 2 weeks. I had a serious fail 2 days. I drank a lot of alcohol and ate like crazy due to emotions and stress. I would usually give up because I ruined everything but...I did.n't....I am following my own plan...Low carbs....monitored calories and fat...I am going to start going to the gym after the 1st....even tho I messed up...I lost 15 in 2 weeks and 8.25 inches....
