held myself back from counting calories for two days now ! i still don't know whether or not it's a good thing for my body, but it is for my mind. i didn't have time to stress much today because i was so tired i couldn't stand straight for more than fifteen minutes. i spent the whole morning sleeping and cooked myself a plate of quinoa with chicken, mushrooms and onions and it was awesome ! i tried a new oatmeal recipe with water instead of milk at breakfast (i ate and went straight back to sleep) but didn't like it at all. looks like i can't go dairy-free yet ! still have to try almond milk though.

haven't worked out in two days, but i was a bit sick so i'm sure it's okay.

also, i weighted yesterday at my dad's and it said 44.1kg. I weighted this morning at the same time before i ate too and it read 43kg ... Iis it normal ? it wasn't the same scale so maybe it was. usualy i use my mom's, so i think i am going to enter this one today.

going back to school tomorrow ! im so excited (lol).

PS: I HAVE CONTACT LENSES NOW :D and i talked my mum into cooking wholewheat pasta for me :D

I have always used water in my oatmeal. I add some milk after I cook it and add the mix ins. You will use less calories this way.

I cannot stand the taste of oatmeal, but I eat it 3 times per day. In the morning I mix in 3 tablespoons of log cabin all natural table syrup (its sweetened with sugar from brown rice) and a teaspoon of cinnamon, and use water. In the afternoon and evening I turn it to powder with a blender and mix it in with my protein shakes. Just some ideas :)

Add some butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Not a lot though. Just enough to give ti taste. I like brown sugar in mine and you can add some nuts to it as well such as pecans or walnuts. I don't like them in oatmeal but raisins can be good as well.

thanks :) i have no idea where to find the sweetener you're talking about though, and i've decided to limit my unrefined sugar intake. i think i'll use the oatmeal powder idea though ! x

cmp, this morning i did it with water, cinnamon, healthy PB and i still didn't like it. i even added some fruit but ... Plus, i don't need to Watch my calorie intake, as i said, i try not to worry too much about those because i am sick of freaking out about them while i am trying to gain weight. thanks for the ideas though :)x

healthy Peanut Butter, as in Peanut Butter without all the sugars etc added ! mine has a bit of salt and vegetable oil but only 5% :) the rest is just peanut ! x

AH ! SEE ! i dont even know why i thought itd be a good idea. I live oatmeal but without milk i just can't. I will try almond milk though ! Is it good ?x

How aboot PB2... have ya seen or tried it... peanut solids after 85% of the peanut oil is removed. It's in the database... and I get mine at A___zon. Lotta peanut flavor with waaaay less fat. I used it in oatmeal... shakes...
