It's Friday and the last day that I will ever be this age. I am fitter and have more endurance than i did last year at this time. I wonder what I will change this next year. We are hoping for a fun outing tomorrow for my birthday. If it works out I will tell you about it tomorrow and I have a plan for food for tomorrow too. I do so much better when I can plan ahead. On another note we got the dates for our vacation this summer. We are headed back to Lake Tahoe with my in-laws. When we went 2 years ago I was just a few months into my journey and I am excited about maybe being able to do some things that I wasn't able to last time because of my weight.
