May I just say the past two days have been a total bust foodwise? I did have my tea, my vitatop, and a WW dinner. Then my daughter comes home and what dies she have?? PIZZA! AGAIN! I had one piece and stopped, for which zI am grateful, but certainly don't expect to see a drop ion the scale come Monday. Funeral to go to tomorrow- always difficult. Think I will make a protein shake and drink in the car. I really love being accountable on this site.
