It is SOOOO cold! We are out of propane, can't afford more, and heat pump only keeps chill off. My old habit was to eat. I have smacked more, but commit now to stop. Last night before bed, I ate: snack cracker pack, cheese and breadsticks pack, and sugar free mini ice cream sandwich. Was so groggy this morning! Had been doing so good, this weather really is getting to me. That's such a good excuse, ins't it??? Sto it!! No more excuses! Going to get a cup of hot tea now.

Exercise will warm you up, lol! Keep moving, you will burn calories an stay warmer. Plus, your body has to work harder to stay warmer so you burn more calories. Hot tea is good!

They are saying that propane is really $ high too...I want to avoid ordering more...but getting to the point where I am going to have to. It has been so cold on the east coast that they are using more than normal.

Learning coach so sorry to here about your propane We are in Ky and are on a waiting list to get propane. Hoping we will get it before we are out. If not there is always exercise:)

Oh my. Be careful and all of you do what you can to stay warm. The propane situation sounds awful on the news. 3 daughters that heat with it one also has an option for wood. Will have to check on them tomorrow. Haven't heard of a drastic shortage here yet.
