Im really close to my family. And my niece Roslyn and nephew Ronan are most of the reason I want to change. I love them more than life and I would do anything for them. When they can see me as there "TT" and not as I see myself- it makes me wanna go back to being a kid and loving myself again.....

Im trying so hard to do better for myself and be more positive in my life. I have knocked a few friends out who let me be down about myself and dont bring me up. So it should be a bit better. I am breaking from the gym this week and just doing my cardio at home cause of not feeling 100% but next week im gonna rock it and see if i can start getting the weight down.
