Visit less frequently these days. It's when I start to realize that I'm eating the junk foods I lived happily without for several months. Toddler snack raids are my downfall. SO, time for daily accounting.
Looks like my carbs are WAY OUT of CONTROL! Time to reel that in.
I'm at double the calories I would be at this time of day when I logged everything.
I am looking to increase calories, but I'm doing it all wrong. I don't need fruit snacks! Or Oreo minis! LOL.
Today I ate the real fruit! And watch the fiber get back where it needs to be.
I was starting to wonder is gummy snacks gum up the works/affect the GI. I'm sure it's fine for a kid to have a pouch here and there, but a mommy raid can easily reach 3-5 pouches of FiberZero SUGAR!
