Having a pretty good week because I have not gotten back on the scale. I've been trying to measure my successes:
- Feel better - More energy - Eating healthier - Drinking water - Not hungry
Tomorrow is weigh in so I'm hoping that mean old scale doesn't spoil my positive thinking!
Also - I need to start exercising.
