Merry Christmas!! No you did not read that wrong, we celebrated Christmas with my in-laws today. I don't feel like the food was too bad considering we were celebrating. Not so much on the exercise side, but that is just how it goes sometimes. Maybe this is a good exercise in maintenance for me.
