ya, it's tru. i am 33 and roy is 31, and our oldest, almost 18, just found out she's preggers....

AND WE STILL STUCK TO OUR POINTS THE NIGHT WE FOUND OUT!!!

well, i havent weighed in officially yet, but i have, of course, been scale hopping almost everyday! i think it says that i have lost like 6 pounds this week!
my first weeks goal was to stick to my point range, so far, so good. second week goal, integrate exercise into my daily routine. i think of how much i could have lost if i had already been exercising! well, at least i have stuck to my goal and am ready to take step 2 on!
roy is doing so well, i am so proud of my diet nemesis. he has no reached ally status! he is feeling better and able to walk all of his night shift without getting tired. it is awesome! he is even sticking to his own points at work, and when i am not around. he has opted for healthy pop popcorn, instead of making something like grilled cheese to tide him over til dinner. i am really proud of him.
