I’m thinking I might start skipping breakfast and eat a bigger lunch. I get by with a cup of coffee and water in the morning anyway. I have been sticking with a 300 cal breakfast and 300 cal lunch. I know breakfast is the “most important meal of the day” but I would rather have more cals at lunch than splitting it up between 2 meals. At the end of the day if the calorie count is the same does it matter when you get those calories?
