Yayaaaaa finally my weight is coming off and it's not hard AND im sticking to it ANNNND im in week 3 without a single cheat!!! im so proud im 100g away from losing 8 kg so that's awesome. =)

110.6 kg これまでの減量分: 7.9 kg. 残り: 20.6 kg. ダイエット続き: 100%.

週に3.5 kg減量中

congrats! once you see the weight come off at the beginning, it pushes you to keep going.
