A nice big chunck of weight loss for me today, after weeks of yo-yoing, I hope this one is here to stay. Holidays are over, and I am back to my regular schedule, and that shows. It is SO much easier to do this when I am out everyday at work, and do my exercise. Speaking of exercise, I am skipping on my swimming today. Yesterday was a lot of hard work, and I feel that I have burnt plenty of calories yesterday and that I deserve the day off. I will extra good today to compensate.
Anyways, I lost a whopping 900 grams since yesterday, checked the scale three times to make sure I did not read it wrong. This brings me all the way down to 130.7 kgs, close to gt out of the 130s! I can not wait!
This coming Friday is my weight loss day number 100, it would be great celebrating that with having lost 25 kgs! Almost there! Life is good!
