I am really happy today! I have officially completed 1 week of sticking to my calorie and exercise goals! I know it may not seem much for those who have been doing this way longer than I have, but for me, it is really a big thing already. I love staring at my calendar and imagining making it all the way to January 31 - which will be the first time I am weighing myself since I started here.
Every choice counts.. One day at a time! =)
