Day 14 Bootcamp
Was so very busy today-probably reason I did so much better re: sugar intake. I had about a tbsp of choc chips and that is it! Fairly healthy lunch of shrimp tacos and very healthy dinner of spinach and tofu. Feeling very full and sluggish though. Getting up "early" tomorrow-look out world-to take the beast out. I think he is unhappy now I work from home-no more walking trips to the office and been too busy (i.e. not getting up early enough) to take him out. He looks at me with sad sad eyes and is not sleeping at night-that makes two of us.
Exercise-check but only minimum, need more vigorous aereobic activity. Carbs-good-not counting the corn tortillas at lunch Sugar-so much better than yesterday. Hopefully I will go whole day tomorrow without any.... Participation-yo Red Cavs-check out inboxes for message for Week 3.
