Just completed week 2 of C25K. Week one was hard and at the start of it I thought there's no way I can run for that long. Start of week 2 and i was a bit sceptical that I could run for 90 seconds 7 times with a 2 minute break in between, but I've managed it not once but 3 times!
I can feel myself starting to think that I will get to a point that running 5k will be possible and its not to far away!
