Well, we are headed back into "normal" territory today now that everyone is back to the business of life. I love having family near during the holidays, but it really throws me off with my healthy eating! I'd like to change that for next year hopefully. Maybe challenge everyone to do a 1 mile run for charity or something. Hmmm. I'll have to ponder that one. Well, I don't think I got into the Biggest Loser's Boys vs. Girls challenge, so I'll have to try the other one. Anyhow, today may be a difficult day, but I'm determined to keep healthy through it. If only my knee felt better!
