I hope I will keep on loosing weight since I now started weight training.

My weight seemed stuck all the time but after 2 weeks of diving holidays and not giving a damn about my weight I suddently lost one kg! :)
I'll not count calories anymore and rather just do what I think is right.
And some more gym. I hope I can stick to twice a week bodypump, twice a week bodyattack (LES MILLS) and some yoga 1-2 a week.
And I bought a measure band, so I don't have to just trust the scales anymore.

I am so happy that I actually do see differences! When I went out last week end to the casino I quite enjoyed that men actually did look after me, though I wasn't dressed that "open" like the other women. ;)

I just bought a tape measure too its apparantly much more accurate wirh all the flactuations the weight seems to do!
