For the past two days, I have been trying hard to eat more protein and less carbs. Intake denser foods so my body can burn them more efficiently and I can lose weight. Sunday, I was 132 and this morning I was 133.6. My fluid intake for Sunday was poor, making it understandable that my weight would be higher this morning.
I'm back at work today, so my fluid intake should improve for sure!
