I got on the scale today and it registered 189. I am not going to log it yet because I am not sure if that is right. I am sticking with the doctor’s orders, logging everything that I am eating but I am not on target with the proper amounts of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. I also think I am not getting all the liquids I am supposed to be drinking. So, I will weigh myself in another day or two and see if that sticks.
Thank you all for your support. This is a great bunch of people on this site. I can’t thank you all enough for your encouraging words. We don’t really know each other except for the fact that we are bound together with a goal of getting healthier through controlling our proper weight. We struggle and succeed together as one.
