Today I obviously needed to be at that Carb Rehab joint. Good grief! I was hungry even when I wasn't hungry. I kept popping chewing gum in my mouth hoping that would help, but no luck today. Maybe it was just getting back into the routine, or maybe it was the more winter feel of the day or maybe I just need to overcome one more time.
