that looks so yummy! I have started using a fancy sugar free creamer in my coffee lately, but I find I overdo it and my weight has stalled! Do you have this issue,I know it is because I've use it too much so for now I'm sticking with plain Chai tea.

My coffee habits are pretty regular so I don’t log my creamer. I did however notice that upon returning to work a week ago my weight started creeping back up sling with drinking way more coffee. This week I’ll cut down to 2 cups a day to see if that helps. I do love my coffee but think it’s really just a bad habit at work more than anything else. 🤷‍♀️

Toast with avocado, sriracha and everything but the bagel seasoning. 4oz raw okra 2oz red onion 3oz red pepper 3oz English cucumber 2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar or to taste 1 tbs olive oil garlic, onion powder, black pepper, everything but the bagel seasoning to taste. Makes 2 huge servings or 4 side servings.

Of all the things I miss the most it's coffee!!! I have a pretty bad case of Gerd so I rarely drink it anymore. But sometimes I just can't help myself!!!

Hahah. I didn’t realize it was so colorful because my plates are all over the place but I do eat a boatload of veggies in all colors. I’m not sure I’d be fully ok without coffee. I mean I could possibly die a bit on the inside 😄 With that said I’m due to cup nr2 but that’s it’s for today...

what did you use? I ate 1/2 avacado and 1 piece of bread and was over 250 in calories

My bread is 60 cal per slice and I only used 35g avocado. The okra salad is very low on cals can easily be shaved down even more by omitting olive oil but I’m not interested in that.
