I've decided that my brain is on ding aling mode. Need to get on tract but just can't seem to. The more I think about it the more I eat junk. I think I've figured out my problem. I havent ran outside in so long. I stopped in late June due to we had wildfires here the whol summer. Lighting started them. So alot of smoke, and hot temps didn't help. Have a treadmill and can't stand to run on it and when I do the kids want to to and I get no relaxing out of it. Then winter hit just as the smoke went away and its 20 stinking degrees out side. Hurts my chest to much to run when its that cold. I know excuses exuses. I JUST NEED TO GET ON THE STINKING TREADMILL AND DO THE WII FIT. I set goals and they last for about 2 days. So once again starting tomorrow I need to get back to it and loose!!!! Run on the treadmill no matter what the Kids want to do. Atleast 2 miles a nite more is a bonus. Get back to the diet 100 %. I guess my problem with the diet is I'm tired of being a short order cook. Hubby and kids have nothing to loose. So its just me that if FFFAAATTT! I know I'm whinning sorry. But I'm not sure what else to do to get my but into gear. I'll be turning 35 on feb 20. and I would really like to be int he 150's. Well I'm done whinning.

Maybe if you make a treadmill schedule, and put MOMMY on it for the time you want - and let the kids 'sign up' for their times, you could get your turn! Good luck getting back on track! You'll be so happy when you fit that exercise back in.
