DH took me out to lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse. I started off strong by not eating any bread, but then accidentally ordered the breaded shrimp appetizer. So there is an extra 500 calories, plus untold damage from the breading and mystery grease.

On a positive note, my book "The Calorie Myth" finally arrived. Can't wait to get started reading.

I agree that if you are going to go wrong, go wrong well. It is a crime to break the diet for something that didn't taste good (been there, done that, got the spittoon).
