feeling stronger this day stay a lot closer to my carb goal ... not feel hungry or eating a lot ,, its the weekend , I have treated myself with lightly fired pollock fish for dinner OMGGGGGG <3 and some Pistachios nuts for a treat ,, diet root beer yummy feeling stronger i will give ya all the glory Lord I love ya help me lose this weight so I can have my knee surgery and be able to get around easier <3
