Sunday - Had a great workout this morning. Did my neighborhood "hike up/run down" workout and had planned 5 times, but felt so good I did 8 for a total of 90 minutes. Going to swim now for at least 30 minutes. Hope the water is warm enough. It's been a great long weekend. I have enjoyed having M home with me. It's kept me from getting lonely. Tonight I'm having salmon, flounder, and shrimp for dinner and I can't wait.
