I haven't been like on track ,, like half & half more on then off haven't been journal or keeping track of food I'm ready to get back on the tight and narrow ,, wanting to give a good fight for 2014 in May 2014 I will be having Knee replacement and I know the more weight I have on me the harder it will be <3 Praying Lord for Strength much needed and more ideas on the new way to eat ,, I still have lost 5 lbs ,, lost 11 from the begin November 1 2012 so not so happy with myself but not like really angry or upset , with going through the Holidays and 2 deaths,, so with all that i feel good and eating with no sugar in my life ,, I feel so Much better...
