It's the end of the year and a time of reflection. My reflection may be a little different than some peoples but here it is. Over the last year I have tried to keep track of my exercise totals on a daily basis. So here are the two totals: Since January 1, 2013 I have walked 448.2 miles. That is the equivalent of walking from where I live in Northern California to Sacramento and back and then some. I have biked 1508.37 miles. That is the equivalent of biking to LA and back and then some. Puts a whole different light on it when you look at it that way.
