Alright things seem to be going ok. Little slippup in the eating department today but not catastrophic and I can still be within my points if I don't go crazy tonight at supper. I still have to tell myself that I can do this and let's face it no one else can do it for me. If I want to lose weight, I have to do it, no blaming anyone else, its my body and I control what I put in it and if I move like I know that I need too. And I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
