Sometimes you have to really interrogate yourself as to why you wear a ‘fat suit’. I know for some it’s emotional protection, a suit of armour, a barrier between yourself and the world. Then we realise it’s not helping it’s not protection it’s not wanted or needed. And hopefully we can let it go. Then the work begins.
