It's all about you, your health and living a long high quality life. Do this for you and be the best you can be. Life is too short, so find that motivation and do it. Find a plan you live with. There are tons out there. I do Weight Watchers, it fits in my life and I'm willing to do the work. Start googling plans or go to the library and take out some books. They have tons of diet books there too. Get your self excited. Get yourself some gifts for the holidays. Some hand weights, a mat and a couple of workout dvds. You can have a small home gym. There are tons out there. Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Add more fruit and veggies to your diet. It takes work, but you have to believe you are worth it.
