Well it's the last week of school before Christmas break and today went well, yay! Sometimes the kids can be bouncing off the walls. It's helped since I brought in a Santa Elf. =) Cheating I know but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
So I am trying to avoid the staff room at all costs. Today there was fudge, cookies, mandarins, nuts, gingerbread men. I had a half a piece of fudge and a cookie and high tailed it out of there. Tomorrow is the Christmas party at my work headquarters, I don't arrive until after lunch so I packed myself some cheese, tomato soup, pretzels and fruit. Hopefully that will help curtail what is going to be there. It would be great if I could just take a small bite but I haven't mastered that yet. I'll let you know tomorrow how that turns out.

Maybe give yourself permission to have one serving of one bad thing at the Christmas party (if you think you have the willpower). Glad you've been maintaining during the holidays so far. Have a nice Tuesday :)
