Well it's the last week of school before Christmas break and today went well, yay! Sometimes the kids can be bouncing off the walls. It's helped since I brought in a Santa Elf. =) Cheating I know but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. So I am trying to avoid the staff room at all costs. Today there was fudge, cookies, mandarins, nuts, gingerbread men. I had a half a piece of fudge and a cookie and high tailed it out of there. Tomorrow is the Christmas party at my work headquarters, I don't arrive until after lunch so I packed myself some cheese, tomato soup, pretzels and fruit. Hopefully that will help curtail what is going to be there. It would be great if I could just take a small bite but I haven't mastered that yet. I'll let you know tomorrow how that turns out.
