I so need to update all my stuff on here.
I am on my second day of weight watchers, it's good im a little hungry but it's pretty easy to stick with. I don't really feel like im on a diet. i am not weighing everyday, especially on WW because loss on this diet is pretty slow (apparently) but I have all year, im not fazed. My current weight is wrong, I weight more whoops will fix that. Been feeling pretty down that I keep letting myself get to this =( I'll be right.

I think you will like weight watchers. I tried atkins last year and lost weight quickly, but gained it back super fast whenever i cheated or stopped. i would also get headaches.

weight watchers lets you choose foods you like and doesnt limit you as much as other diets. it just makes you think about portions and calories. in a way, its like atkins cause it wants you to cut back on bad carbs, like processed foods, and wants you to focus on good net carbs and fiber.
