day #2 on Jan.4th-09 today i ate bfast: Bacon-3 slices and water (16oz.)and coffee
lunch-2 all beef hotdogs and celery & water
water dinner- sauteed mixed fresh veggies(lots) & water and 1 burger (of course bunless) walked OUTSIDE for 30minutes with puppy dog and did 15minutes ab lounger too.
drove kid & her friend to movies& i went to walmart& drank a 16oz water to there and back home!!!! diet tea
I think that is about it, sums it up for the day. i will go get the kids soon, and back home to chill out and read a magazine or 2,will get up at 4am everyday this week coming up!!!!
