I am down another pound today - I guess my weight gain after my trip was water weight and now that I am back to 100% focus on my eating/tracking routine the weight has disappeared. Keeping my fat consumption high and my carbs under 25 seems to be a good approach for now. My intention soon is to start raising my carbs higher to check my tolerance and also to see what level gives me the flexibility I need in my daily diet. I need to restart my exercise as well. I have been a bit busy since I got back but plan to restart today. I have been checking out an extreme workout approach called Crossfit as something I would like to try next year. It's scary but exciting - I have still not decided if I will go for it. Perhaps I will try a three month program just prior to Summer (March, April, May).... TBD.
This morning I go to get new snow tires, undercoating and brakes for my SUV. It's going to be a long appointment so I am bringing snacks with me and reading materials. I was thinking of bringing my laptop but I am not sure if they have WIFI. Anyway, getting ready to be there so I can be in early and get this work done. My purse will be lighter but my family and I will be safer :)!
